Join us on Sunday 6th November 2022 at the Beach Sports courts in front of the world famous pump room cafe on Brighton Beach for a charity beach tennis tournament. The event has four aims:
- Raise money for the British Red Cross Ukraine crisis appeal
- support the effort to prevent the war in Ukraine being normalised, lets never get used to war.
- unite the local beach tennis community to support this very important cause together
- provide an opportunity for competitive winter beach tennis matchplay for all levels
what you need to know
- the event will have 3 categories. When you enter you need to choose the category you want to play in. The categories are: Hot Shots (advanced), Rising Stars (intermediates) and New Kids on the block (beginners)
- enter as an individual, you will the be paired on the day through pairs drawn together at random from within their category
- entry is £5 plus booking fee

- warm ups will start at 14:15, with matches beginning at 14:30
- if the weather means we need to start/complete the tournament on a rescheduled date, that date is currently 13th November 2022
- a maximum of 10 players (5 teams per category)
- the format is open gender doubles. as the pairings are done randomly
- there will be prizes
- there will be a raffle
- there will be an after party where every player and their supporters will be invited to attend
